		<description>No i&#039;m almost positive it&#039;s illegal. But i live in california, so the law in Ohio might be different...although i doubt it.
Here...when they ask questions involving drugs or sex, they ask a parent that might be in the room or such to leave the room, &amp; whatever you say will remain confidential. They even make sure they don&#039;t call your house phone &amp; ask you if it&#039;s okay to call or leave a message on your cell regarding drugs or pregnancy. It&#039;s doctor-patient confidentiality. Now on the other hand, if you&#039;re a minor, your parents can request you be drug tested, &amp; that is prefectly legal. So be careful of that.</description>
