is it an invasion of privacy for fourm members to post up my address, phone number, family pictures they got from myspace and facebook, names of my parents and pictures from photobucket on a public fourm without my consent?

i guess you waive your rights..when you posted on the internet

unless they hack the information..
if they hacked and you had that in private..you have a case

but if not no…sorry….you can complain to the site

to take it down..
