is it an invasion of privacy for fourm members to post up my address, phone number, family pictures they got from myspace and facebook, names of my parents and pictures from photobucket on a public fourm without my consent?

nope. you post it on the internet, it can be reposted as many times as they want. put ur stuff on private next time!
I mean, you shouldn’t have that much private info on there to begin with.
i guess you waive your rights..when you posted on the internet
unless they hack the information..
if they hacked and you had that in private..you have a case
but if not no…sorry….you can complain to the site
to take it down..
