The main concern revolves around the notion of privacy law or data protection. Does your university (or referenced professors/educators) actually discloses your transcript results to [potential] employers upon request and without your knowledge?
If so, wouldn’t that constitute a breach in privacy laws?

everytime i have had to request transcripts, i had to give personal info and mailing address before they would mail them to me. im assuming that no one would be able to get them without that sensitive info and posing as me.
