Lisa L :
The large corporation that I work for has made it mandatory for every employee’s picture to be put on a life sized bill board in the lobby. I don’t want my picture up, can I say no based on some kind of employee rights or privacy law? If so, can you please give a website where i can print off the info.

I would think you would have a say whether you want that or not. I don’t think there is a law about it but you can google that to see, it seems that would be a little in the gray area. Have you ask them not to do it and explained your reason?
Slavery is illegal. You can say “no” to ANY order your employer gives you. He can then say “you are fired”.
That is what “employment at will” means.
The only “employee privacy laws” relate to tax and other government related financial information, and to medical records.
